Bridgeport ~ Dorothy Louise Durham, 92, a retired registered nurse, went to be with our Lord Friday, February 27, 2015 in Decatur.
Funeral is 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with private burial in DFW National Cemetery. No visitation.
Rev. Gary Sessions will officiate.
Dorothy was born on December 28, 1922 to Thomas H. and Hazel (Hampton) McSpedden in Whitewright, Texas. She was united in marriage to Robert Durham on January 27, 1960 in Denton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Robert Durham.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Kenneth Durham and Theresa of Bridgeport; her grandson, Robert Durham of Salem, Oregon; her granddaughter, Natasha Durham of Salem, Oregon; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 brother; 5 sisters; other family members and a host of friends.
