Mrs. Burns was born Feb. 4, 1941 in Oxford, England to Tom and Charlotte Smith Orr. Survivors: Husband, Thomas Burns of Chico; sons, Tommy Mac Burns and wife, Linda of Alba, Todd Burns and wife, Vicki of Haltom City, and Steven and Richard Hearn both of England; grandchildren, Dustin, Cody, Samantha, Alex, and Melissa and husband, Daniel; great-grandchildren, Chandler, Bethany and Breana; nieces, Sue Watts and husband, Barry of England; and nephew, Dale Eaton of England.
