Doris Ann (Roberts) Brown

Decatur ~ Doris Ann Brown, 84, went to be with our Lord Friday, June 25, 2021.

Funeral is 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with burial at Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Cotton Roberts will officiate.

Doris was born June 23, 1937 to Frank and Modena (Lovejoy) Roberts in Decatur, Texas. She was united in marriage in 1956 to Judd Brown in Marlow, Oklahoma. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Franklin and Modena Roberts; her husband, Judd Brown; her brothers, Jerry Don and Travis Roberts; sisters, Shirley Stewart and Mary Ruth Myers.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Debbie Brown and Darrell Trumbull of Decatur; her grandson, Cody Hancock and wife Sabrina of Bremerton, Washington; her granddaughter, Raelynn Penna of Bremerton, Washington; her brothers, Benny Roberts, Cotton Roberts and wife Joy, Corky Roberts and wife Ruby Carolyn, and Bimbo Roberts and wife Melba, all of Decatur; her sisters, Sue Jones of Decatur, Wanda Cox and husband Jimmy of Greenwood, Betty Kennon of Decatur; her grandson, Colby Platner and wife Jen of Oklahoma and their children, Reagan and Stone; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; extended family members and a host of friends.
