ROANOKE - Donald Worth Davidson, 91, of Roanoke was born on April 18, 1916 in Bridgeport, Texas to Patton Earl and Ella Cecil Davidson.He died May 18, 2007 in Grapevine, Texas. He was a 32 degree Mason and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Roanoke.
Graveside service will be held Monday, May 21, at Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Coker- Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
Survivors include a son: Donald Worth Davidson, Jr. of Roanoke; a daughter: Alice Ellen Schur of Roanoke; 2 Grandchildren: Deena Everest and Brad Schur; 4 great grand children: Mallory Schur, Donna Everest, Ted and Sara Everest; 1 great-great grandson: Memphis Everest; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Evelyn Workman Davidson.
