Delores Jean (Burns) Burch

Newark ~ Delores Jean Burch, 89, went to be with our Lord Monday, June 20, 2022.

Graveside Service is 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Aurora Cemetery in Aurora, Texas.

Mike Boaldin will officiate. Pallbearers include her grandsons.

Delores was born February 23, 1933 to Mack McClean and Caroline Elizabeth (Byarlien) Burns in Wichita, Kansas. She was united in marriage August 16, 1950 to Billy Warren Burch Sr. in Roswell, New Mexico. Delores was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mack and Caroline Burns; and her sons, Leroy Eugene Burch and Billy Warren Burch.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Troy Gene Burch and wife Carla, Jimmy Wayne Burch, and Lesley William Burch and wife Rita; her daughters, Sherry Delores Underwood, Shirley Sharlene Jones and husband Larry, and Sharon Jeanette Marshall and husband Steven; her 13 grandchildren, Billy Michael Burch, Lisa Rene Lynn, Traci Moore, Keri Stump, Dakota Burch, Stacey Chalmers, Gary Underwood II, James Jones, Jesse Jones, Amanda Burch, Casey Burch, Lacey Burch, and Colton Batterton; 18 great-grandchildren, Madison Burch Cooper Lynn, Bodie Burch, Ethan Stump, Cohen Moore, Brylee Moore, Logan Ellis,Emma Underwood, Holden Jones, Heston Jones, Roxie Jones, Oakley Jones, Kenzie Reed, Aubrey Reed, Taylynn Reed, Warren, Burch, Avonlee Derryberry, and Leddy Jane Burch; 1 great-great-grandchild, Wren Ellis; extended family members and a host of friends.
