Deb was born February 12, 1950 in Neodesha, Kansas to Wayne Garrison and Barbara Ann (Lihrack) Todd. She was united marriage to Charles U. Brantner in Morehead, Minnesota and she preceded him in death. Deb was an active member of the Republican Party.
Left behind to cherish her memory are three sons, Todd Fairbanks of Bismarck, North Dakota, Tyson Fairbanks and wife Lisa of Alvord, and George Fairbanks and wife Heather of St. Paul, Minnesota; brother, David Todd of Florida; two sisters, Teri Lee of Azle, Texas and Jill Schneider of California; four grandchildren, Isabella, Sofia and Phoebe Fairbanks and Matthew Brantner; other family members and a host of friends.
