Boyd ~ David Edwin Rickman, 51, a manufacturing company supervisor, went to be with our Lord Saturday, February 20, 2016 in Azle.
Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home with burial in Boyd Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Bro Jimmy Withers will officiate. Pallbearers are members of the Boyd Masonic Lodge #479.
David was born on March 16, 1964 to William Jr and Wanda Moore in Fort Worth. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Briar. David was employed by Control Products Manufacturing Co in Grand Prairie. He was a 1983 graduate of Boyd High School, and was a past Master Mason of the Boyd Masonic Lodge #479. David's favorite sports were boat racing and football.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Moore; his brother, James Edward Rickman; and his grandparents, Bill and Gladys Rickman.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his father, William Edwin Rickman Jr; his aunt, Peggy Rickman Caraway and husband Eddie; his stepfather, Marlin Moore; his sister, Christie Grounds, his nieces, Averi and Presleigh Grounds; many other relatives and a host of friends.
