Midland ~ Darrell Ray Morris, 54, a back hoe operator, went to be with our Lord Sunday, November 16, 2014 in Midland.
Funeral is 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 21, 2014 at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Jim Pewitt will officiate. Pallbearers include Ed Malek, Jacob Morris, Rick Morris, Michael Morris, Leon Dethloff and Kelton Dethloff.
Darrell was born on January 6, 1960 to Dale and Melvadean (Western) Morris in Decatur.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Danielle Morris of Lewisville; his son, Jacob Morris of Alvord; his brother, Rick Morris of Breckenridge, Texas; his parents, Dale and Melvadean Morris of Alvord; his grandsons, Christopher and Coy Morris; 3 nieces, 1 nephew, and a host of friends.
