Runaway Bay ~ Dale Brumley, 78, went to be with our Lord Sunday, May 11, 2014 in Fort Worth.
Memorial services are 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the Paradise Church of Christ in Paradise and 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Canyon Hills Church of Christ in Canyon.
Dale was born on July 10, 1935 to William and Ellie (Driggars) Brumley in Erick, Oklahoma. He was united in marriage to Darlene Ford on June 28, 1957 in Lefors. Dale owned and operated an industrial sales and service business.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 56 years, Darlene (Ford) Brumley of Runaway Bay; his daughters, Tamara Hegwood and husband Wesley of Goodwell, Oklahoma, Terri Brumley Barnwell of Amarillo, Trudy Hartson and husband Hudson of Lubbock; his sons, Troy Brumley and wife Amy of Wichita, Kansas, Tony Brumley and wife Cindy of Canyon; 24 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; his sisters, Loretta Burris and husband Tom of Whitney, Patsy Reece of California; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
