Dahlia Emily Jaramillo

Dahlia Emily Jaramillo, 63, of Decatur went to be with her Lord Sunday, December 29, 2024. 

Celebration of Life is 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2025 with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Dahlia was born September 25, 1961 to Frank and Becky (Maurico) Hernandez in Moorehead, Minnesota. She was united in marriage in 1978 to Benjamin Jaramillo, happily married till his passing. Dahlia was a beloved, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Jaramillo; brother, Ernest Hernandez of Wichita Falls.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Nikita Lopez and husband David Reyes, and Katheryn Jaramillo and fiancé Charles Spillman II; her son, Erik Jaramillo and wife Tiffany Garner; grandchildren, Nia Lopez, Angelika Lopez, Isaac Reyes, David Reyes, Jr., Loklyn Jaramillo, Julian Jaramillo, Damian Jaramillo, Ezekiel Hernandez, and Ethan Hernandez; great-grandchildren, Natalie Lopez, Areli Jaramillo, and Adriana Jaramillo; her sisters, Oralia Garbow and husband Dale of Ft. Worth, Theresa Hernandez of Minneapolis, MN, and Eva & Joel Luna Sr. of Ft. Worth; brothers, Frank Hernandez and wife Vicki of Lufkin, and Eddie Hernandez of Ft. Worth; extended family and host of friends.
