Cynthia A. Gober

Paradise ~ Cynthia A. Gober, 70, went to be with our Lord Thursday, September 26, 2024 in Decatur.

Graveside service is 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 30th, at Cottondale Cemetery.

Cynthia was born on September 4, 1954 to Sydney Wayne and Gloria Ann (Zavaca) Gore in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was united in marriage to Glen Gober on February 26, 2019 in Weatherford. Cynthia received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Lewis & Clark State College, she helped others as a counselor for many years. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and a friend to many that will miss her dearly.

Cynthia is survived by her husband, Glen Gober, 2 children, Tempe Richard and her partner Richard Hieb and Jesse Seckman and wife Misty; 4 grandchildren, Justin, Abigale, May Rose, and Jay Lene, her great-grandchild, Elijah; 3 siblings, Gloria, Katie, and Jack and his wife Jody; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
