Consuelo Avalos

Abilene ~ Consuelo Avalos, 59, went to be with our Lord Friday, November 27, 2020 in Decatur.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Decatur. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Consuelos was born March 12, 1961 to Jose and Cruz (Rodriguez) Avalos in San Angelo, Texas. She attended San Angelo Central High School and got her Associate Degree at Cisco Jr. College. Consuelo was a phlebotomist for many years, she enjoyed her job so much.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Alfred Guerrero of Abilene; her 7 daughters, Dannielle Alvos, Gabriela Avalos, Ruby Williams, Melody Sauceda, Jessica Pritchard, Monica Flores, and Marie Couch; her 4 sons, Theodore Avalos, Bobby Deanda, Jose Avalos, and Pedro Sauceda; her grandchildren, Preston and Alexius Sauceda, Angel and Stormy Chavez, Casandra Garcia, Oziah Williams, Zales Williams, Thanila and James Williams, Mariah Lawrence, Shanice Flores, Jose Flores IV, Cody Pritchard, Chris Pritchard, Cole Pritchard, Dillian Couch, and Madison Couch; her great-grandchildren, Joeshia and Legend Sauceda, Zahllina Martinez, and Marcellius Sauceda, Journey Guerrero, Rhyder Lawrence, Kylie Ferard, Kynslie Ferard, and Jace Ferard; her sisters, Suise Duarte and Silvia Avalos; 4 brothers, Juan Avalos, Jose Avalos Jr., Benny Menchaca, and Tony Menchaca. Extended family and a host of friends.
