Charles was born on September 5, 1957 to Donald and Velma (Kelsey) Turrell in Globe Miami, Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his parents;
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his cousin, Dolores Ranta of Haslet; his brothers, Jess Turrell and Vern Turrell; and a host of friends.
