Charles Tilotta

Friendswood ~ Staff Sergeant Charles Anthony Tilotta, 65, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, February 26, 2019 in Harris County.

Graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019 in Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Charles was born on May 30, 1953 to Joseph Carl and Opal Lee (Williams) Tilotta in Houston. He proudly served our country in the United States Army, retired with honors after more than 20 years of service. Charles was a devoted patriot who served from 1971-1992. He will be deeply missed by his family and all that he came in touch with.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Tilotta.

Those left to cherish is memory are his daughter, Tina Keith and husband Ruben of Friendswood; his sons Mark Tilotta and wife of Palacios, and Domonic Tilotta of Friendswood; his mother, Opal Lee Rios of Alvord; his brother, Nicky C. Tilotta of Grapevine; numerous grandchildren; extended  family and a host of friends.
