Charles Anthony Haley, 53, of Boyd passed from this earth

Friday, April 25, 2025 in Decatur, Texas.

Charles was born July 18, 1971 to Marvin Gene Haley and

Judy Ann (King) Haley in Lilbourn, Missouri. His wife of 8

years is Margaret Frazier. Charles was a sub-contractor 3

years for Canales Construction. He was a beloved husband, son, father, uncle, cousin and friend to many who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Haley.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Margaret

Frazier; his mother, Judy Haley; his children, Levi Aiden

Watts, and Ethan Jackalone; sisters, Amanda Haley &

Tami Haley; his nieces, Ahja Alexander, and Stachia

Splawn; numerous cousins and a host of friends.
