MEMORIAL SERVICE: Private memorial service was held with family and friends. Charles was born in Decatur, Texas on April 21, 1947, to Charles William Barnes, Sr. and Cleta Mae Ray. He married Rebecca Sue Heimlich on October 17, 1973. Charles was preceded in death by his son, Larry S. Barnes. SURVIVORS: Wife of 34 years, Rebecca Barnes of Sunset, Texas; daughters, Lecia N Vandale of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and Charlene Y. Barnes of Nocona; sister, Gracia Barnes Seay of Bowie; 4 grandsons; and numerous nieces and nephews.
