Boyd ~ Catherine Ann Etheridge, 74, a retired nurses aide, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, September 20, 2011 in Decatur.
Graveside service is 10:45 a.m. Monday, September 26, 2011 at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas. Family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.
Catherine was born on October 23, 1936 to Tony and Jenny (Congelosi) Colletti in Fordoche, Louisiana. She married Leon Etheridge on June 15, 1954 in De Ridder, Louisiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 57 years, Leon Etheridge of Boyd; her son, Anthony Etheridge and wife Charlene of Graham; her brothers, Joe Colletti of Kodak, Tennessee and Anthony Colletti of DeRidder, Louisiana; other family members and a host of friends.
