Carolyn D. Krebbs, 68, of Newark A a loving wife, mother and grandmother went to be with our Lord on Saturday, October 31, 2009. Services are 2:00 PM, Tuesday at Grace Baptist Church in Newark, Burial will be in Dido Cemetery. Visitation is Monday 6 to 8 PM at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home. Reverend Benson Kennedy officiating. Pallbearers: John Dean, Matthew Trumbles ,Jim Thomas,Leroy Thompson,Matt Newby, Bubba Thomas Honorary Pallbearer: Shane Hodge, Soloist : Gina Thomas
Carolyn retired after 28 years of service with Avon as a sales lady. She was born to Bill and Lois Davis on July 28, 1941 in Dallas, Texas. She married John Krebbs on June 6, 1959 in Haltom City. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Lois Davis, and sister, Ann Hall.
Those left behind to cherish her memory: loving husband of 50 years, J.W. Krebbs of Newark, Daughter; Gayle Rodgers of Newark, Tx., Granddaughters; Bri Rodgers and husband Chris of Amarillo, Tx., Andrea Roeder and husband Michael of Newark, Tx.,
Great Grandchildren; Heaven and Michael, Sister; Patricia Krebbs of Newark, Tx., and Brother; Alan Davis of Newark, Tx. Numerous relatives and a host of friends.
