Rhome ~ Carol Sue Howard, 83, went to be with our Lord on Monday, September 28, 2020 in Newark, Texas.
Carol was born July 14, 1937 to George and Alice Laverne (Snapp) Howard in San Antonio. She was united in marriage to James R. Howard. Carol graduated from Trimble Technical High and was a Southern Baptist at heart. She was a dedicated homemaker, a beloved wife, mother, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, James R. Howard.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her son, James Howard Jr.
