Decatur ~ Candelario Pacheco, 78, went to be with our Lord Saturday, September 30, 2017 in Fort Worth.

Mass of Christian burial is 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary Church with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday with Rosary at 6 p.m. at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Father Thomas Dsouza will officiate. Pallbearers include Elpidio Pacheco, Santiago Pacheco, Gustabo Pacheco, Rolando Pacheco, Eulojio Pacheco and Omar Pacheco.

Candelario was born on March 4, 1939 to Conception and Antonia (Dominguez) Pacheco in Jerez, Zacatecas Mexico. He was united in marriage to Maria Juana Dominguez on March 16, 1960 in Jerez, Zacatecas.  Candelario worked as a Horse rancher.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 57 years, Maria Juana Pacheco of Decatur; his sons, Jesus, Elpidio, Santiago, Concepcion, Gustabo, Rolando, Eulojio, Omar; his daughters, Maribel Villareal, Herlinda Godoy, Esmeralda Villareal; 51 grandchildren; 23great grandchildren; his brother, Pedro Pacheco of Jerez, Zacatecas Mexico; his sisters, Josefina Pacheco of Jerez, Zacatecas Mexico, Felicitas Pacheco of Jerez, Zacatecas Mexico, Consuelo Pacheco of Jerez, Zacatecas Mexico; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
