Bryan Keith Jackson

Paradise~ Bryan Keith Jackson, 57, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 in Denton, Texas.

Funeral Service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport with burial at 3:00 p.m. in Bishop Cemetery in Lipan, Texas. Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Joe Howard Williamson and Pastor Shawn Brewer will officiate.

Bryan was born on February 15, 1964 to William Franklin and Jeanelle (Holder) Jackson in Grapevine, Texas. He was self-employed as a horse trainer and owner of BKJ Cutting Horses. Bryan was a mentor, friend, teacher and educator to many. He will be remembered for his friendship, his contagious smile and laugh, and his horsemanship. Bryan will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father; and his brother, William F. Jackson II.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Gilda Jackson of Paradise; his mother, Jeanelle Jackson of Paradise; his daughter, Janzen Riley Tew and husband Cody of Lipan; his brother, Robert W. “Bob” Jackson and wife Jennifer of Bridgeport; his sister, Jan Jackson Cosgrove and husband, Randy of Paradise; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and extended family, his barn family, and a host of good friends and neighbors.
