Bobby 'Bob' Don Duvall

Bobby “Bob” Don Duvall, 81, of Boyd, Texas went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 6, 2017.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd, Texas. The graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 10:00 am at Opal Cemetery in Springtown. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Hawkins Funeral Home.

Bob was born in Garner, Texas on February 18, 1936 to the parents of Bill & Ila Duvall. Bob was a strong Christian man who served the Lord and loved the Lord completely. While on this earth, he worked as a civil engineer and retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers after working there for many years. Bob enjoyed fishing with his sons, watching college basketball, watching the birds and working in the yard and garden. He enjoyed being outside with his dog Hoppy.

Bob is survived by his spouse of 33 years, Janet Duvall; his children: Scott Duvall and wife, Judy; Keith Duvall and wife, Annette; Bret Duvall and wife, Cheryl; Debbie Dauenhauer Tedder;  Ricky Dauenhauer and wife, Chantal; Bobby Dauenhauer and wife, Christy; his grandchildren: Ashley and husband Zack, Amy Megan, Ellerie and husband Caleb, Jacob, Rachel, Caleb and wife, Lacy, Jare, Derek, Joni, Cameron and wife, Amber, Colby, Caston, Rebecca, Brooklyn, Brinklee, Caitlin and Payton. He had a total of 7 great grandchildren. He is survived by his siblings: Doris Layne, Huelyn Duvall, Ruthie Baca and Carolyn Price.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Ila Duvall and son, Steven Dauenhauer.
