PARK SPRINGS: Bobby Stapp Sr, 57, a self-employed concrete worker, went to be with our Lord, Thursday, March 18, 2010 in Park Springs.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: To be at the home of Bobby Stapp Sr. in Park Springs at 4 PM Saturday.
Bobby was born January 21, 1953 to William and Dovie Fay Stapp in Fort Worth. He married Brenda Kay Dunn June 16, 1973 in Tampa, Florida. Bobby was a member of Friends of UBA Brothers and he served in the U.S. Marine Corp.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; 2 grand children, Christian Michael Stapp and Aden Lane Stapp; 2 brothers: Harold Wayne Stapp and Carroll Stapp and 1 sister, Ruby Stapp.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Brenda Stapp of Park Springs; sons: Bobby Stapp Jr (little Bobby) and wife Penny of Springtown, William Franklin (Tank) Stapp and wife Robin of Decatur, Rubbin Wayne Stapp of Decatur; daughter; Charla Kay DeLa Garza and husband Michael of Lutz, Florida; 11 grand children: Joshua, Taylor, Zackary, Kaylea, Andy, Alek, Ameily, Briar, Courtney, Brittany, Christopher; brothers: Don Wilson of Boyd, Ricky Stapp of Loving; sisters: Imogene Scholping of Covington, Alma Ferguson of Fairview, Vicki Bletch of Paradise; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
