BRIDGEPORT -- Bobby E. Allen, 75, a retired mechanic for Mitchell Energy, went to be with our Lord Sunday Nov. 25, 2007 in Decatur.
Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007 at St. John's Catholic Church, Bridgeport. Officiating: Father Gonzalo Morales. Rosary: 7 p.m. Wednesday at Hawkins Funeral Home. Burial: East Bridgeport Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Tony Sanford, Bruce Sanford, Mike Kinkade, Jeff Kinkade, Justin Sanford, Alan Sanford. Honorary Pallbearers: Kyle Hastings, Clint Robertson, Stacy Thornburg, Cody Martin
Mr. Allen was born April 13, 1932 in Telephone, TX to William Jess and Willie Juanita Goar Allen. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Korean Conflict. Bobby married Ramona Kathryn Staab Jan. 14, 1960 in Kimball, Nebraska. They had lived in the Bridgeport area since 1966. Bobby was a member of St. John
