Boyd ~ Bobbie Sue Drake Cruz, 82, a retired employee of Ft. Worth Medical Labs went to be with our Lord Wednesday, May 6, 2015 in Arlington.
Graveside service is 3:00 p.m. at Boyd Cemetery.
Rev. Gerre Joiner will officiate.
Bobbie was born on February 14, 1933 to Searcy and Robbie (Williamson) Drake in Huntsville, Alabama. She was united in marriage to Bobby Jack Cruz in 1969 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was of the Presbyterian faith.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bobbie Jack Cruz in 2010; her brother, Bill Drake; and her sister, Olivia Drake Culpepper.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sisters, Mary Ellen Drake McCanless of Arlington and Jane Drake Olsen of Corpus Christi; 2 step daughters; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
