Bobbie Jo Badger

Bobbie Jo Badger, 91, of Decatur went to be with her Lord Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025.

Funeral Service is 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 29th at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior at the funeral home.

Carson Wicker will officiate. Pallbearers include Shandon, Dustin, Casey, Brandt, Wesley, Curtis, Matthew, Kris and Colter.

Bobbie was born November 14th, 1934 to Carlton Taylor and Magella (Elam) Niblett in Paradise, Texas. She was united in marriage November 14th, 1952, to Eddie Lee Badger in Weatherford, Texas. Bobbie was a Supervisor for the Telephone Company for many years. She was a Baptist and a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlton and Magella (Elam)Niblett; her husband, Eddie Lee; 3 brothers, Wayne, Lonnie and Richey Niblett; a sister, Carlene Morehead and husband Randal; brother-in-law Homer Horton and her son-in-law, Robby Handlon.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Kyle Badger and wife Dede; her daughters, Gayle Hubbard and husband John, and Leigh Ann Handlon; her grandchildren, Shandon Fullingim and wife Diane, Dustin DoByns and wife Stacy, Taylor Hale and husband Casey, Curren Wicker and husband Brandt, Wesley Badger, Curtis Badger, Matthew Badger and wife Kelly, Kris Handlon and wife Tiffany, and Allie Henderson and husband Colter; her great-grandchildren, Vista and Jack Crowsey, Mahala and Anthony Garcia, Kylie and Kellan Hale, Cami, Carson, and Caylen Wicker, Blakely, Jaxson, Kreese and Mattie Badger, Brooks and Bodie Handlon, Creely and Harper Henderson, her brother Don Niblett and wife Earlene; her sisters, Ann Jones and husband Roy, and Kathy Horton; sister-in-law, Clara Ruth Niblett, extended family and a host of friends.
