Boyd ~ Bob Wayne Alley, 73, went to be with our Lord Sunday, May 22, 2022 in Azle.
Bob was born on October 11, 1948 to Lonzell and Marjorie (Henry) Alley in Vernon. He was a beloved father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonzell “Bill” and Marjorie Alley; 2 brothers, Tommy and Lonnie Alley; his nephew, DeWayne Alley; and his beloved dogs, Rowdy and Rascal.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are 2 daughters, Shawna Gathings and husband William of Boyd, and Misty Schwingendorf and husband Jeff of Liberty Hill; 4 grandchildren, William Gathings and wife Laura of Athens, Greece, Dylan Gathings and wife Kelly of Boyd, Jordan Schwingendorf of Phoenix, Arizona, and Alexa Schwingendorf of Liberty Hill; 5 great-grandchildren, Temperance, Samuel, Paislee, Etta, and Katherine; his sister, Betty Alley of Azle; numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
