Billie Ann (Saling) Perrin

Decatur ~ Billie Ann Perrin, 86, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, August 29, 2023 in Bridgeport, Texas.

Funeral Service is 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 2, 2023 at First Baptist Church in Decatur with burial at Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Dr. David Lowrie will officiate. Pallbearers include Lito Perrin, Mike Patterson, Randy Patterson, Buddy White, David Saling and Nicholas Whitham.

Billie was born April 2, 1937 to Jay and Inez (Stone) Saling in Decatur, Texas. She was united in marriage October 12, 1957 to Frank Dee Perrin in Ardmore, Oklahoma, married 65 years till his passing in 2022. Billie retired after many years owning and operating Milady’s Sportswear in Decatur, and was a past president of the Decatur Chamber of Commerce. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Inez Saling; her husband Frank Dee Perrin; 3 sisters, Virginia Patterson, Wilma White, and Sandra Stone; and her brother, Lynn Ray Saling.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Russell E. Perrin and wife Marcia of Decatur, and Jeffery D. Perrin and wife Deborah of Magnolia; 2 grandchildren, Lito Perrin and Nicholas Whitham; 3 great-grandchildren, Braxton & Londyn Perrin and Tessa Whitham; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of friends.
