Memorial service is Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the New Life Family Worship Center, 716 Ball St., Grapevine, Texas 76051. Bro. Ed Chesser will officiate.
Billie was born on August 29, 1932 to Billy and Lois (Cloud) McClain in Gadsden, Alabama. She was united in marriage to John Bowers on July 6, 2013 in Lillian, Texas.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, John Bowers of Plano; her sons, Stanford Hicks of Aurora, Danny Hicks and wife Donna of Woodloch, Rocky Hicks of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Kelly Hicks of Wilmington, Ohio; her step daughters, Marsie ?? and husband Gary of Plano, Debra ??? and husband Terry of Wichita Falls; her step sons, Don Bowers and wife Pam of O
