Bill Mcrae

Bridgeport ~ Bill McRae, 74, a rancher and Gold Star Father, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, March 28, 2018 in Decatur.

Graveside service is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Willow Point Cemetery.

Pastor Josh Richards will officiate. Pallbearers Tré Rutledge, Tristan Rix, Jake Moody, Christopher Cabell, Brian Taylor and Paul Cochran.

Bill was born on February 10, 1944 to Deryl A and Nita McRae in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was united in marriage to Rhonda Lynn Crawley on December 18, 1987 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a member of Cornerstone Community Church in Springtown.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Cpl. James Heath McRae; and his brother, Charles McRae.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 30 years, Rhonda McRae of Bridgeport; his daughters, Amy Hogan of Springtown, Misty Rix of Springtown, Michelle Broome of Springtown and Renaé Frizell of Dallas; his grandchildren, Tré Rutledge, Tristan Rix, Ty James Rix, Faith Styles and Jerrod Miller; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
