Betty Louise Wells

Betty Louise Wells, 72, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Betty was born on September 25, 1952 in El Dorado, Arkansas to Beatrice and Asa Roy Bolding.

Betty was a daughter, a sister, a mother, a grandmother, a great grandmother, an aunt, a friend, and an amazingly beautiful soul.  If you knew her, you loved her, and she loved you back. She was loving, kind, generous, trustworthy, patient, humble, faithful, forgiving, and was known for having a heart to serve others.

She was devoted to family and friends who were like family.  She was just as proud to be a homemaker as she was of the hard work and dedication she put into working at Wells Boot Center. Later in her life, she cherished her role in helping raise and care for numerous precious children, both family and friends. Unless you had the misfortune of crossing someone she loved, you probably never saw a negative side of her. While we rejoice her arrival in Heaven, we will dearly miss having her here with us.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Beatrice and Asa Roy Bolding, her brothers Tommy and John.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are daughters Amy Wells, Angela Hopkins and husband Brandon; Grandchildren Courtney Wells,  Maile Hopkins, Braedon Hopkins, Amaya Hopkins, Dalen Taff, Grayson Taff; great granddaughter Willow; brother Bill Bolding and a host of family and friends.

A memorial will be held on November 24, 2024 at Feragne Villa in Hurst, Texas. There will be a visitation from 2:30-3:30pm, with a memorial service following. All friends and family are welcomed to attend.
