Betty Lorain (Johnson) Lambert

Boyd ~ Betty Lorain Lambert, 62, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Sunday, June 21, 2020 in Fort Worth.

Funeral is 10 AM Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd with burial in Pleasant Grove #1 Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.

Speakers are Lavada Ferguson, James Blackwood, and JR Lambert. Pallbearers include David Byford, Timothy Ritter, Daniel Alvarez, Stuart Ferguson, James Tomm, and Rusty Brown. Honorary Pallbearers are Mark Lambert III, and Jensen Lambert.

Betty was born on November 30, 1957 to Charles and Lavada (Stanford) Johnson in Fort Worth, Texas. She was united in marriage to Mark Lambert, Sr. on November 5, 1977 in Newark, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Mark Lambert, Sr.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lavada Ferguson and husband Stuart of Buda; her sons, Mark Lambert, Jr. and wife Robin of Cullman, Alabama, and Thomas Lambert and wife Jessicah of Decatur; 6 grandchildren, Lexi, Noelle, Mark  III, Ella, Addilynne, and Jensen; 2 sisters, Candy Crowder and husband Kelvin of Temple, and Patricia Hukins and husband Geoff of Cambodia; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
