BOYD -- Betty Jo Fowler, 77, a retired stock clerk for Montgomery Wards went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 in Decatur.
Graveside service: 2 p.m. Saturday at Boyd Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday. Mr. Dave Lester will officiate.
Betty Jo was born on August 16, 1931, the daughter of Hugh and Izora (McCarty) Johnson in Capps, Texas. She was a member of the Boyd Church of Christ.
Left behind to cherish her memory is: her son, James Fowler and wife Dana of Boyd; grandchildren, Samantha, Jacklyn, Amie, and Jamie Fowler; great grandson, Wyatt Byrd; sister, Edith Dove and husband Sydney of Fort Worth; several nieces and nephews.
