Barry was born January 18, 1932 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Douglas and Wilma (Blackwood) Cheek.
He is preceded in death by his wife Marleen, parents, and brother Mick Cheek.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his son, Eric Cheek of Sparks, Nevada; daughter, Carrie Schneck and husband William of Paradise; grandchildren, Garrett, Gage, and Kennedy Schneck; brother, Jim Cheek of Las Vegas, Nevada; freinds, the Cobb Family of Paradise and the Jackson Family of Paradise.
