Arvil Erwin

Arvil Wayne "Keg" Erwin, was born July 14. 1939 to F.L. "Buck" and Lela Brown Erwin in Paradise, Texas. He passed away on June 8, 2025 in Winfield, Kansas. He was a man who loved and valued his family above all else.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.

He is survived by his son Greg (April) Erwin, and daughter Sherri Bishop. His Grandchildren; Britney (Anthony) Hurmence, Sierra Bishop, Taylor (Stacey) Erwin, Meagan (Cody) Thrash, Garrett Erwin, Kayleih (Finnegan) Johnson, Addison Erwin and Trinity Erwin. Great grandchildren; Greyson, Ryler, Hannah, Matthew, Maddox and Wyatt. In addition to a host of "kids" he considered his own and several special caretakers.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Samie and J.D., his daughter Terri Meador, and sons in law Randy Meador and Mark Bishop.

His presence will be profoundly missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
