Arthur Keith Ratliff

Bowie ~ Arthur Keith Ratliff, 70, went to be with our Lord Thursday, September 23, 2021 in Decatur.

Memorial Service will be at a later date.

Arthur was born January 20, 1951 to Cecil and Lula (Lippencott) Ratliff in Bowie, Texas. He retired as a welder in industrial construction.  Arthur was a beloved father, grandfather, and friend to many who will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Lula Ratliff; and his sister Cecilia Parr.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, Kyle Gilstrap and wife Kaulonie of Madill, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Elijah, Maddix and Alaster; numerous extended family and a host of friends.
