Ardis Lee Willis

Burleson ~ Ardis Lee Willis, 91, went to be with our Lord Monday, November 23, 2020.

Graveside Service is 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 27, 2020 at Pleasant Grove #1 Cemetery.

Paul Cooper and Terry Williams will officiate.

Ardis was born September 2, 1929 to Earl Lorenzo and Elizabeth (Purtle) Willis in Prescott, Arkansas. He was united in marriage June 8, 1952 to Lindell J. Brown in Galveston, Texas. Ardis graduated Metropolitan Business College with an Associates degree. He was a retired Real Estate and Insurance agent, after many years with Tennessee Life Insurance Company. Ardis was an active member of Boulevard Baptist Church in Burleson. He proudly served our country in the United States Army, having been in the Korean War.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 68 years, Lindell Willis of Burleson; his son, Ardis L. Willis, Jr. of Arlington; and a host of friends.
