Decatur: Allan Lane Delozier, 65, formerly of Decatur went to be with our Lord on October 19, 2012 in Dallas, Texas.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 25th at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mark Autry officiating. Interment: Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Allan was born on August 29, 1947 in Switchback, West Virginia to Charles and Sylvia (Burton) Delozier. He retired from DFW International Airport as a Bag Systems Operator on September 30th after 17 years of service. Allan was a member of Central Fellowship Church in Decatur and was a mason.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Carrie Brady and husband Charles of Hurst; son, Richard Delozier of Bedford; 4 granddaughters, Alyssia, Taylor, Morgan, and Danielle; 2 grandsons, Steven and Charlie; 2 sisters, Dorothy Reynolds and Shirley Balser; brother, Roger Delozier; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, and 1 sister.
