Newark ~ Alan William Hamilton, 79, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, February 15, 2022 in Newark.

Alan was born on July 30, 1942 to Charles Herbert and Ruth Maria (Jones) Hamilton in Jamaica, Vermont. He was united in marriage to Wilma Dean Hamilton on August 11, 1962 in Jamaica, Vermont.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Charles Herbert Hamilton, Jr., and David Lewis Hamilton; and his sister, Helen Lois Clarke.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Wilma Dean Hamilton; his daughter, Cynthia LaBeau; 2 sons, Anthony Scott Wheeler and Alan Wade Hamilton; 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Doris Winters and Judy Batutis; his brother, Neil Hamilton; other relatives and a host of friends.
