Raymond Donald (Buddy) Hull

Raymond (Buddy) Hull, 91, went to be with the Lord  Thursday September 28, 2017 at home.

Graveside service is 11 a.m Monday 10/2/2017 at Oakwood Cemetery in Jacksboro, TX.

Family will receive friends 5-7 pm Sunday at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport.

Buddy was born January 4, 1926 in Lacota, Texas to William Henry and Della Mae (Johns) Hull. He was united in marriage to Jane Adams on January 19,1963 in Jacksboro. Buddy proudly served his country as a United States Navy mechanic until his retirement. He was a member of the Jacksboro Jaycees, a volunteer Fire Marshal for the City of Jacksboro for 11 years, and a member of the Jacksboro VFW Post 8914.

Rev. Millard Buchholz will officiate. Pallbearers include Brandy Jones, Aaron Jones, Steve Barnes, David Hull, Rick Hull, and Ryan Murphy. Honorary pallbearer: Don Hull.

Buddy was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Bradley Hull; his daughter, Rhonda Hull;   great grandson, Jacob Jones; his  brothers, Aaron, Charlie, and Clyde Hull, his sisters, Ruby Leath, Margaret Lewis, and Wanda Cantu.

Those left to cherish his memory are: wife of 54 years, Jane Hull of Cottondale; his daughter, Terri Allen and husband Tommy of Oregon; his son, David Hull and wife Sue of Paradise; his son, Rick Hull and wife Anna of Paradise and children Rick and Mirela Kerr of Tyler; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
