Randy led a full life serving many communities with 36 years in the law enforcement. Randy was a police officer at Ranger Police Department where he started his career, a Sergeant at Rockport Texas Police Department, a Sergeant at Aransas Pass Police Department, and a police officer at the Fort Worth Police Department where he served honorably for 28 years on the northside area. Randy was a huge hit at the stockyards, and couldn’t go anywhere without running into someone he knew.  He then retired honorably from Fort Worth PD in March of 2011 to welcome his oldest grandson Ryan.

Randy enjoyed traveling, his favorite was YellowStone Park where he took all of his children and some of his grandchildren. He enjoyed taking amazing pictures of all the nature and monuments he traveled to.  You could often find Randy in the car chasing pokemon with all his beloved dogs. Randy found enjoyment from making others laugh, and baseball.

Randy is followed in Heaven by his parents Dorothy and Jake Jacoby, and his Mother In Law Anne Lester.

Randy is survived by his loving wife Rene Jacoby, his sister Marsha , his three daughters Cori Jacoby, Ashley McCasland, Samantha McCasland, his son Jason McCasland, Ryan Reynolds and his many other grandchildren/ great grandchildren.
