Cynthia Jane Childers Weaver
My name is Mark Childers. My beloved aunt Cynthia passed away July 11, 2019. She has been a life-long resident of Wise County, and resided in Decatur all her life. My mother Frances and my aunt Cynthia were very close their entire lives. Being the only child, my closeness to my aunt Cynthia growing up was always an enjoyable experience. Cynthia, having no children of her own, passionately considered me like her own. I was not to write this introduction to her obituary; because she was very private and stressed simplicity.
That being said she can scold me when I get to heaven for our family reunion. I and my wife Sherrie and our family loved her dearly.

Cynthia Jane Childers Weaver, 89, went to be with our Lord Thursday, July 11, 2019 in Decatur.
Cynthia was born on September 26, 1929 to Eddie and Loma (Lowance) Childers in Decatur, Texas. She was united in marriage to Max Weaver on September 3, 1948 in Decatur.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brothers, Eddie Coe Childers, and Tommy Childers.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her beloved sister in law; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
