Paradise ~ Dr. Marvin Willmar Polson, 89, a retired chiropractor, went to be with our Lord Monday, February 20, 2017 in Decatur.

Marvin was born on October 26, 1927 to Edwin and Ruth (Gustavson) Polson in Meriden, Iowa. He was united in marriage to Georgia Ann Galles in Marcus, Iowa. Marvin was a chiropractor for 50 years. He was a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise. Marvin was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Knights of Columbus. He proudly served his country in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Georgia Polson.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sons, Kent Marvin Polson and wife, Alison of Paradise, Karl Marvin Polson and wife Judy of Weatherford; his daughters, Kris Gibson and husband Sam of Granbury, Kim Parker and husband Richard of North Richland Hills, Kerri Cathey and husband Bobby of Paradise, and Kaye Wood of Paradise; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; his brother, Francis Polson and wife Joyce of Wisconsin; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
